Madeleine founded Allen Training Associates in 2004, offering world-class training, facilitation and coaching that delivers visible results. Recognising that most companies believe their staff to be one of their greatest assets, Madeleine's training is professional, practical, and most importantly, applicable to the workplace long after the training is completed.
With over 30 years experience in the Consulting and Financial Services industries Madeleine has helped businesses of all sizes to reach their goals, through training, change management, project management and coaching.
Madeleine has managed large scale systems and change management programmes, including a number of high profile mergers in the financial services industry. She also coaches Board members and senior managers through their business challenges at both the individual and corporate level.
Phil is our co-founder and Operations Director, and for many of our clients, the first port of call when telephoning the office with queries. Phil has over 30 years experience of project management, coaching and training in industry. He has a wide range of experience in construction, power distribution and health and safety.
Phil brings a very pragmatic outlook to our training, and clients particularly value his down-to-earth attitude, his sense of humour and his practical approach to things. He enjoys challenging established thinking and helping people to see issues from a different perspective.
