Product items will be sent to the address provided by the customer by first class post.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us and we will try to resolve any problems you may have. We comply with UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations of 2000, details of which are available online. You have a cooling off period of seven working days, and the right to cancel the transaction within that time - a refund for goods purchased will be offered on return of the goods if you are not satisfied.
