Leadership Skills training

This programme is unique, as participants create the agenda themselves, by identifying those management competencies which they most need to develop. The programme is then personalised to focus on these competencies.

The programme is run in very small groups. You will therefore benefit from personal attention throughout.

The Management Skills Workshop runs in 8 half-day sessions, spread out over 6-10 weeks. This allows new techniques to be practised between sessions, increasing the relevance of the programme to your day-to-day role.
