
This programme is unique, as we work with you and your participants to create the agenda yourselves, by identifying those management competencies which you most need to develop. The programme is then personalised to focus on these competencies.
The programme typically lasts for between 2 and 5 days, depending on the number of leadership competencies and skills to be taught. Longer programmes can be spread out over a number of weeks. This allows new techniques to be practised between sessions, increasing the relevance of the programme to your day-to-day role.
This programme is usually designed for existing leadership teams, or groups of managers newly in a leadership position.
