- We need to feel as though we understand our goals, or the products we are selling.
- We need to get a feel for the numbers that drive our businesses,
- We need to feel supported by managers and colleagues when we take decisions.
Feelings are everywhere. Effective leaders feel comfortable with their feelings, and with other people's feelings.
