Madeleine Allen founded Allen Training Associates in 2004, offering world-class training and development that delivers visible results. Recognising that most companies believe their staff to be one of their greatest assets, Madeleine set out to deliver training that is professional, practical, and most importantly, which would be applicable to the workplace long after the training is completed.
With over 20 years experience in the Consulting and Financial Services industries Madeleine has helped businesses of all sizes to reach their goals, through training, change management, project management and coaching.
Madeleine has managed large scale systems and change management programmes, including a number of high profile mergers in the financial services industry. She has coached Board members and senior managers through their business challenges at both the individual and corporate level.
All courses offered by Allen Training Associates use Active Learning techniques, and deploy the principles and practice of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). NLP is widely recognised as one of the most powerful technologies available for the facilitation of personal or organisational change. It is a simple yet powerful approach to personal and professional development, based on the study of human excellence.
Madeleine is particularly interested in the use of creative techniques to resolve business challenges, and is a champion of women in business, acting as personal business mentor to many women (and men) running their own businesses.
